My Cause My Cleats is an initiative of the National Football League (NFL) that allows players to showcase causes that are important to them by wearing customized cleats during games. Each year, players design and wear special cleats during a designated week of the NFL season, with the goal of raising awareness and funds for a particular charity or cause.

In December 2022, GM Ryan Poles chose to participate in the initiative by wearing a pair of custom tennis shoes to showcase a cause that is important to him, Beyond The Baby Blues.

My Cause My Cleats has been a powerful way for NFL players and teams to give back to their communities and raise awareness for a range of important causes, from social justice issues to environmental conservation, mental health, and more. By wearing customized cleats, players and teams can spark important conversations and engage fans in important social and political issues. We are beyond grateful to Ryan, his wife Katie and the Chicago Bears for sharing our mission.
